Description:
350sqm of stone-built farmhouse dating back to the 1700s, renovated to perfection and fully furnished (with fine furnishings and paintings), alarm system, video surveillance, LED lights, heating.
The dwelling is thus distributed:
Sinks, gazebos, tables, chairs and BBQ - ideal cellar for fine wines and curing meats and cheeses - large bathroom with sink and shower hygiene products - billiard room with corner for tasting liqueurs and Tuscan cigars / pipes - library / painting with floor and double sofa bed - garage / technical room.
First floor - the first floor is a large living room with a double bed + a large bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds (joinable), 2 large bathrooms with shower. The double beds are all extra large with super comfort mattresses.
All rooms are equipped with fans.
The floor is in Tuscan terracotta handmade and the floor is in natural oak.
Externally we find 250 square meters of restored ruins that created a beautiful courtyard

The Farma stream runs along the property and the famous Gullets of Farma is located about 800 meters from the Villa.
The lands were part of an ancient hunting summer that belonged to the Lords of Luriano (a noble and well-known Sienese family).
The area is very beautiful and unspoiled.
The San Galgano Estate can be reached along a country road of about 2 km; the road is passable with almost all cars, except for very low cars (no sports cars like Ferrari or Porsche).
