It is an original 17th century Chapel finely restored and adapted to a unique villa. Isolated and quiet has stunning views over the Tuscan countryside. Excellent base for excursions to Florence or the charming medieval town of San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza but also relaxing diving in baths of hot sulphurous water of Bagni Vignoni, Rapolano Terme.
Villa del Cielo with fireplace is composed of two separable parts: the part of the chapel that can comfortably accommodate 8 people and a dependace connected by a corridor (without the need to exit) that can accommodate 6 people.
The part of the chapel is about 180 m2 and consists of a ground floor which has a large lounge charming and fascinating (derived from the main chapel) with three sofas and an armchair. There is a kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. In the living room there is a dining area for 8-10 people. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds. The two rooms share a bathroom with bath (with handheld shower head). On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, both with air conditioning, and two bathrooms with shower.
The annex also called the 'Caminetto' has a living room with three sofas and a fireplace. The small kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, four burner gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a small pantry. The dining table seats up to 12 people. There is a large glazed veranda and a lounge. There are two double rooms with air conditioning and a small single room. The rooms share two bathrooms with shower.
There is also a laundry area outside.
