And there is a half bath. If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen has all the tools necessary to prepare a delicious feast, including a wine cooler! The formal dining area seats eight. The floors are travertine/hardwood and the designer furnishings have an island flair. On the second level there are two bedrooms with full private baths. Each one has French doors that open to a covered deck. The master suite is located on the spacious top floor. February Point is a gated community with private beaches and community pool.
