Just 15 KM from the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and the Costa Smeralda, in the middle of the beautiful, peaceful and luxuriant Gallura countryside surrounded by cork oaks, olive trees and vineyards there is this beautiful single Villa on a property of about 15000 square meters with a large swimming pool from 10X5 meters and large garden with barbecue and brick oven, as well as various entertainment games such as table tennis, table football, swing and etc ..... The Villa of 250 square meters, consists of 3 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with laundry), a large living room with living room and kitchen of 50 square meters on the 1st floor, a 2nd living room with kitchen of approx. 50 sqm on the ground floor which gives directly onto the swimming pool and the relaxation area. Two beautiful covered verandas of 35 square meters each, the villa is equipped with all comforts, such as: dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms. Summary: Fabulous villa with lots of space. We loved the pool and barbecue area. The house was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was a good speed. Definitely need a car if staying here - but with that come the perks of being out of town with no neighbours! Owner very responsive to all my questions. Highly recommended.
