The kitchen is made in cherry wood and antique hand painted tiles and is fitted with two dishwashers, a large fridge with freezer and an ice-cube maker. Adjacent to the kitchen a room with spacious storage room and both washing and drying machines. Under the staircase which leads up to the first floor there is a small bathroom. The first floor hosts 5 suites, each with ensuite bathroom (3 bathtubs and 2 showers) and each singularly decorated and handpainted with hues that recall the natural colours of lake Trasimeno and the surrounding olive trees. Here one also finds a cosy living area heated by an old Swedish stove in winter which opens to a panoramic veranda. On the second floor there is a beautiful parqueted mansard which hosts two double bedrooms with one bathroom and a spacious room which can be designated to reading and relaxing as well as to entertainment thanks to the big English snooker. The property also has central heating, safe, telephone, internet connection. Outside a large garden offers the villa's guests a splendid swimming pool with a view with shower and changing rooms.
