On the same floor, there are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds available on request) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where there is a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined upon request. The basement level with access to the outside features another open-plan area with a second kitchen, a large dining table and a TV area with sofa and double sofa bed, as well as a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, except basement. The property allows a maximum of one pet.
