Positive: The owner booked sun beds at a very nice beach for us with instructions where to park. Nice views and nice pool area.

Negative: It's a beautiful place, but it feels a bit like faded glory (some furniture, flower pots etc need replacement). A bit odd to advertise the apartment including kitchen in the description and then upon arrival the need to pay 15 euros/day for use of the kitchen (and the comment from the owner that they don't provide dishwasher tabs, soap, kitchen towels etc needed to use the kitchen). It made us feel like they didn't want us to use the kitchen at all....
