Positive: Location: not too near to the main street so no traffic noise. Good stocked up provision shops and bakery just 2-3mins walk away; restaurants and cafes 2-3 minutes drive away. Bidet and shower has good water pressure. Overall my stay here is comfortable.

Negative: Staircase only; so be prepared to carry/drag your luggages. Wifi kinda spotty too, signal usually weak.
