From every room in the villa, guests can fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda, including a stunning view of Isola del Garda. The villa is nestled in a peaceful oasis surrounded by olive trees, pine trees and cypresses, offering a green paradise all year round.
The garden features a heated swimming pool (available upon request for an additional fee) surrounded by swaying palm trees and fragrant citrus plants, a serene setting ideal for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Here you will also find sun loungers and an additional seating area.
The high-quality modern interior provides maximum comfort and has been designed with great attention to detail. A particular highlight of the villa are the generous outdoor areas.
On the upper floor you will find a spacious covered terrace where the lake literally lies at your feet, overlooking a garden with a separate barbecue area equipped with a luxurious Broil King grill, perfect for guests who enjoy outdoor cooking.
On the ground floor you will find a 40 m² covered terrace with table football, a table tennis and comfortable lounge furniture – all with a beautiful lake view.
The charming town of Gardone Riviera and the lake can be reached in 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot. The beautiful town of Salò, famous for its picturesque lakeside promenade, exclusive boutiques and countless restaurants, is about 15 minutes away.
For additional convenience, guests are provided with a brand-new Suzuki Swift with all-wheel drive free of charge. This is especially useful for guests arriving with larger vehicles (for example larger than a BMW X5) or for those who prefer not to drive their own car through the last two steep turns, which requires good driving skills. The service car can also be used for errands in the surrounding area.
IMPORTANT:
1.All payments including : security deposit €1,500, cleaning fee €500, city tax €1,50 per night per person aged 14 and over, and any applicable pet fee) will be managed directly by us.
2. Pool water heating is available only from mid-April to the end of October.
If requested in advance, the heating supplement is €100 per day.
The maximum water temperature is 27°C.
HOUSE RULES:
We strongly recommend completing the online check-in before your arrival (details of ALL guests are required). You will receive the link some days prior to arrival. This will allow us to avoid disturbing you during your stay.
Pets:
Only well-behaved dogs and cats are allowed. Pets are not permitted on furniture and must not be left alone or unattended, either inside or outside the villa. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional charges (€100).
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and must ensure that pets do not create excessive noise that could disturb neighbors.
Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
WASTE:
During your stay, you are required to comply with local waste separation regulations by sorting and disposing of waste correctly, following the instructions provided.
