Upon entering the villa through the rod iron gate, you will find a lovely brick patio with outdoor seating for two. Through the doors, you will find a lovely open floor plan. The kitchen has a brand-new stainless-steel range and refrigerator and plenty of countertop space to prepare your family’s favorite meals! Adjacent, you will find the light and bright living room, with views of the golf course through the sliding glass doors.
The living room boasts two large plush couches and a rocking chair. To the left, you will find the dining room, which has a gorgeous wooden table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. There is a second living space adjacent, that has a large couch and a 55” TV. Through the sliding glass doors, you will find a spacious lanai with beautiful golf course views as the villa is located on hole #1!
Your master oasis awaits! This room boasts a king-size bed with plenty of space for you to unwind after a long day on the course!
