From the garden you can also easily access the huge roof terrace equipped with sunbeds, where you can enjoy the best sea view of the entire property.The villa is on one floor with an entrance in an bright open space. The living area has a comfortable sofa (bed) and a dining area with a welcoming fire place that creates a warm and stylish atmosphere when having your meals inside. From the living room you can access the panoramic sea view balcony with a small table and chairs.The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and all the necessary to cook.ln this area, you will also find a very functional laundry room.The night area is composed of one double bedroom with a sea view terrace, a bathroom with shower and a second double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
