Positive: Great location, convenient parking, a basement with a washing machine, spacious apartments, and very comfortable beds.

Negative: When we first entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. I asked to change the apartment (since we came with three small children), but of course, we were refused. The apartment itself was not very clean — no one had cleaned the common areas (hallway, basement) for quite a while. The kitchen appliances are very old, and some of them (like the frying pans) are no longer usable. When we were leaving, we were in a hurry to catch the Dachstein lift, and I accidentally left my MacBook in the apartment. Unsurprisingly, it could not be found afterward.
