The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story villa. It has a large terrace for exclusive use with sea view and has direct access to the beach which is only a few steps away. It has a second terrace closer to the sea with a large warehouse for bathing facilities and a barbeque and a third terrace even closer to the sea with a shower and a garden.

The bathrooms are all with showers. Storage / laundry room with washing machine, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, etc. The large terrace accessible from the living room and kitchen overlooks the sea and is equipped with umbrellas, table and chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers and sofas.
The garden (shared use with the other apartment) consists of two terraces, one with a barbecue and a storage area for bathing equipment and another, adjacent to the beach, with a shower.
