Villa Berta is a charming, modern villa located a stone's throw from the sea and designed to guarantee great confidentiality and privacy to its guests while being very close to the town of Olbia, the main access point to the island's north-eastern coastline and a very lively place during the summer. In fact, the villa has a luminous outdoor area that is completely paved and fenced off and consists of a patio with a very comfortable lounge area equipped with two rattan rocking chairs and a sofa, a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue area.
The special feature of this area of the villa is the contrast between the strong warm tones of the walls and the different shades of wood of the furniture and the soft white of the floor. This choice of colours gives the villa as a whole such a unique and intense brightness that it also reverberates and affects the rest of the villa. The architecture of the house is developed in such a way as to create a continuum between the outside and the inside. In fact, only a large, transparent French window separates the two rooms.

Villa Berta is a beautiful villa built on two floors and designed to accommodate up to eight people. The constant feature of the villa is the pervasive luminosity given both by the innumerable points of light consisting of huge wall-to-wall French windows and by the whiteness of the walls and interior furnishings which contribute to reverberating it, giving the house a cheerful note. In fact, from the external area there is direct access to a room with a double sofa bed and TV. On the same floor there is also the living area: an iridescent and modern kitchen with linear shapes, a large Mediterranean-style bathroom and a large dining room.
Upstairs, reached via an internal spiral staircase, is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: one double and two with two single beds. Finally, on this floor there is a bathroom with shower.
