Positive: There was a lovely grill in the back, and the outdoor shower was nice to use after the beach.

Negative: Although it is written that dogs are allowed to stay, and you will pay an extra charge for your dog to stay- I do not recommend this place for your furry friend. For one, there are cats everywhere! Our dog jumped the enclosed property twice chasing cats. Two, I received a ride text message from the owner complaining that there was (surprise!) dog hair in the Villa. Is that not what the communicated cleaning service is for in between guest stays? I can only hope a proper cleaning is done for guests. Furthermore, the owner will request for you to do yard work and water their plants. So, if you plan to stay for a relaxing vacation free from chores, I do not recommend here. Additionally, there is no AC. This was my mistake because I should have made sure to do more thorough research on this. However, for a Summer stay in Puglia, this is not only a must, it’s a potential health hazard not to have AC in a house that does not cool. Lastly, even though we paid to rent an entire villa, we we further chastised in the text message about using the second bedroom in the villa. Keep in mind, it was 34 degrees some nights that I could not even sleep in the same room as my spouse, with no AC. Not only is it NOT written anywhere on booking.com that’s parts of the villa are off limits, additionally in the 45 minute walkthrough (you read that correctly), my husband pointed out a sign on the door that says do not open, and the owner laughingly told me that his daughter had put the sign there when she was young and that we were free to use te space. I was not going to write a review, but I am very disappointed in how the owner has communicated with my husband.
