Positive: Great location and just metres from swimming beach. Not far to drive to Delphi. Quite spacious and nice outdoor BBQ area for eating when it was warm enough. .

Negative: One bedside lamp was unusual LED type that required powering from a USB outlet.

Summary: A very nice house and garden in a very convenient location with responsive owner.
