The Village "Costa dei Monaci" is composed exclusively of private residences. The villa consists of a large living room, masonry kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large paved patio and a 'backyard area for parking 3 cars.
One of the three bedrooms is set up with two single beds that can be combined, so it can be prepared at the guests' discretion either as a double or a twin room.
All rooms in the house are equipped with " Fan Coil " heat pump ( hot / cold ) to be able to air condition the house in all seasons of the year.
In the living room there is a 32 " flat screen LED TV connected to a satellite decoder complete with " Smart Card " to allow free-to-air viewing of all Italian and foreign satellite channels.
In the lovely green planted garden there are deckchairs and chaise-longues for pleasant moments of relaxation.
A brick barbecue is available for guests to prepare tasty grilled dishes.
In both bathrooms there is a masonry shower. A third shower with hot water is located outside at the back of the house.
The villa is equipped with a storage room-laundry room in which there is a washing machine and a second service fridge/freezer.
