A number of mature bougainvilleas add their beauty to the garden as do a large Peruvian pepper tree and four immense Italian stone pines also called parasol pines.
The two-storey villa is furnished with antique furniture and quality ceramic floors. Of noteworthy interest is an old floor by Vietri whose colours recall the sea around Tropea. The ground floor holds the entrance hall, the drawing room, the dining room, the kitchen, laundry and larder. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa also has a pretty annex with a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen overlooking a spacious independent terrace. The villa sleeps six people.
