The apartment is located in Perticara a 1000 inhabitants village in the hinterland of Rimini (on the castle road) hiking trails, mountain bike trails, racing bike trails, start directly in Perticara. A climbing park is less than 15 minutes away, the outdoor pool with a mountain panorama is less than 10 minutes away. There are numerous wineries in the region as well as several golf courses. The Adriatic coast (Rimini) is also 30 km away for beach days. San Marino is in the immediate vicinity.
In Perticara there is a supermarket that has almost everything, three bars, a pizzeria, a bakery, a butcher and a local with Italian specialties. Also a general doctor, pharmacy, bank, post office and fashion store. The Pizzeria Spisso and the Pian Del Bosco restaurant are 2.5 - 4 km away. There are other cozy restaurants in the neighboring towns (la Locanda in Talamello is recommended). In the next larger town Novafeltria there is a market twice a week and there are outlets, as well as the entire range of shopping offers.
During my stay, I am not on site, but can be reached by phone and email at any time. Spoken languages: German, English, Italian, French. On site, people with whom I work closely are also available. Minimum booking period 5 nights, the arrival day in the low season costs 205 euros (including 120 euros cleaning fee) / the arrival day in the high season costs 220 euros (including 120 euros cleaning fee).
There is a bus connection to Novafeltria and Rimini, timetables are available in the accommodation. To use the hiking and biking trails, I recommend the Komoot app. Maps are also available in the accommodation.
