The village of San Donato is 2.5 Km from the historical town of Sant Agata Feltria where you can find coffee shops, butchers, supermarkets, pizzeria, restaurants, a theatre (The oldest in the area dating back to the 1600s) and the castle perched on the top of the highest rock in the town. If you enjoy food the area of Montefeltria contains some of the best restaurants for local fresh food and the area itself is a treasure trove of historical towns, castles and museums.
The city state of San Marino is 25 minutes from the house & the Adriatic coast with its many beaches can be reached in 45 minutes.
