The unit comprises 700 sq ft with 1 bedroom having 2 queen beds a carbon monoxide sensor and smoke detector and an en suite bathroom as well as an additional full bathroom and a pull-down double Murphy bed in the living/dining room area. It is air-conditioned, has ceiling fans, wifi, cable TV and a radio. There are games and books for your entertainment.
There is a fully equipped kitchen containing all essential appliances + BBQ, a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a screened-in porch for some added privacy and protection from sandflies and mosquitoes. Please do not run the air con below 22 deg C as running less than 22 will cause the air con to malfunction or damage it permanently. Please note: No smoking is allowed inside this property. No pets are allowed on the porch or inside the property. Please do not feed the animals which wander through the grounds of Hideaways,
Mornings here can be spent on the porch with a front-seat view of the wonderous, various and magnificent sunrises over beautiful Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. This can be followed by reading and breakfast or having a warm swim from the beach that's just inches from your front door. This beach is sandy, ideal for children, having a shallow depth for a substantial distance out into the calm bay area. Beautiful Jolly Hall beach is a five-minute stroll along the beach from the property and the Exuma Fish Fry is just a brisk walk away in the opposite direction. There are 2 beach chairs and 2 lounge chairs for your exclusive use.
This property lies within the hotel grounds which have a swimming pool, bar/restaurant, gym and small library available for you to use
The villa has all the comforts of home with the beach on your doorstep + added hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, Kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, library, games room, restaurant, bar, shuttle to and from Georgetown, etc).

BBQ available for use on lawn next to villa, please leave cleaned otherwise $50 will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning please clean and return into the villa once cool after each use. Replacement charge if stolen = $350
Check in at 3pm; Check out at 10:00 am. Guests can leave luggage in a secure room at Hideaways reception until check-in or after checkout and use Hideaways facilities for the remainder of that day mostly free of charge to them,

Car rental is available at the airport or across the street from the airport and ideally should be booked in advance to secure availability. Please contact me via Vrbo for further information. Nightlife is on-site(Splash Bar/restaurant, live entertainment ev. Frid. evening), Meet and Greet drinks afternoon (ask at reception). Augusta Bay for dinner( 2 min. walk) and Fish Fry(10 min walk but safer to drive at night) or less than 10 minutes drive away (Georgetown eg Peace and Plenty hotel, Eddie Edgewater Mon. night rake& scrape, Exuma Yatch Club Wed. night live group etc.).
