This vacation apartment is located on the second floor of an old mansion, in a splendid position overlooking the sea, just a few kilometers from the famous seaside resort of Cetraro Marina in the province of Cosenza. The apartment offers guests two beautiful terraces, one of which is covered and equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining. It is simply and functionally furnished and consists of a living/dining room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms, all with balconies and panoramic views of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, from where you can admire fantastic sunsets. There is also a second kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven and an electric kneading machine to try the preparation of bread and pizzas. Wood is provided free of charge by the owner. Cetraro is a pretty village of ancient origin in a hilly position overlooking the crystal clear sea. Its beautiful old town with medieval settlement offers many narrow streets, churches, palaces, monuments and countless works of art. The hamlet of Cetraro is also a "Slow City", an ideal destination for those who want to enjoy a vacation among local food and excellent wines, typical DOC wines and slow rhythms in harmony with nature and the sea. From here you can easily reach the town of Diamante, the thermal park of Terme Luigiane with wellness center, golf club, tennis courts and soccer field at 3.9 km. In only 20 minutes by car you can reach the mountains (up to 1060 m above sea level), in about 1 hour by car you can reach the Sila plateau with ski slopes. From the port you can sail to the beautiful Aeolian Islands.
