Positive: We very much liked the Villa Carolina, for it’s beautiful and quiet setting, the tasteful designs, the stunning views. Remotely nestled in the hills of wonderful Capri Island. We were well taken care of by the House Host. And enjoying the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea and Vesuvius was a lovely start into our sightseeing days on the wonderful Capri island. We had a great and relaxing stay.

Negative: The 20 minute walk by foot to reach the villa was really difficult though with a knee injury, it would have been important to know up front. Otherwise it is a lovely walk through the typical narrow paths. Luggage transport from Capri center was included for check in, but not for check-out. It would make sense to include both ways and/or being transparent about this extra costs.

Summary: Beautiful and quiet villa, remotely in Capri hills, stunning view over the sea and Vesuvius.
