This exclusive villa in Bonifati, Calabria is available to rent in the undiscovered southern tip of Italy where good food, sun and friendly locals will make your holiday a very special experience.
The villa has been finished to a very high specification and includes three double bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms. Villa Case Rosse is around 100km and just over 1 hour away from the airport of Lamezia, with direct flights from many international destinations.
Naples, Bari and Brindisi are other airports that are 3 - 4 hours drive away. As you would expect there are many, bars, restaurants offering tremendous value as your Euro goes a lot further here than in the rest of Italy. Inland the interior of Calabria is dominated by the Sila and the Aspromonte National Parks where skiing is available in winter.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is child-friendly and features a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms over two floors. The villa terraces, on both floors, are off the dining room, living room and two of the bedrooms and have stunning sea views. We also have a single folding bed and a double sofa bed which are available, on request, for larger groups (additional fees apply).
Beach: The nearest beach is only three minutes away by car. There is a restaurant at the beach that serves food and drinks all day. There is always plenty of space on the beach even in the peak season. Italians tend to go for a siesta from Midday through to 4pm and the beach is usually deserted then! There are a number of bars and restaurants along the beach at Belvedere (10 minutes by car).
Golf: The local Golf Club has a nine hole course and is a 10 minute drive away, where restaurant, bar and swimming pool facilities are available.
Swimming pool: The pool is only available when a lifeguard is present and details of the opening times are displayed on the pool gate. The pool normally operates from early June through to early September.
