The house develops over two floors and 350 square metres.
On the ground floor, decorated and furnished in an elegant and cosy style, we have three rooms set up and living areas with comfortable sofas, armchairs and TVs, as well as dining areas. There is a separate kitchen with island and large windows for cooking as well as guest bathroom with toilet and sink. On this level, we have one large bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Stairs and a lift/elevator lead us up to the first floor, where we find the rest of the bedrooms: one double bedroom with king size bed, living room and en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with king size bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower; three double bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.
Outside, the villa offers magnificent views across the landscape, a private heated swimming pool with hot tub (open from May to October) and an outdoor covered pergola with tables and chairs, all set up in a large 3000 square meters fenced garden.
