In San Damiano, a beautiful 4 km walk across the olive groves to Todi central ! Google has wrongly placed this villa. Please see its coordinates in Check In Instructions.
Large Exclusive pool is situated in a panoramic position below the house. A few metres from the house.
The pool is 12 x 6 m and has two depths one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with Pvc and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.
The solarium area, furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs + umbrellas.
Besides the pool is an outdoor shower.
Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.
Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.
There are beautiful gardens all around the house.
There is also a fully equipped playground for children, including a trampoline.
