Welcome to Bayview Villa #120! This lovely, well-kept three-story townhome is located in the Bayview Villas community, a charming Intracoastal neighborhood just a short 3–5 minute walk (approximately 500 ft) to the beach with access just across Gulf Blvd.
The first level features a private garage with washer and dryer and is stocked with beach items to enhance your stay. Please note there is no elevator, and stairs are required throughout the villa.
The second level is the main living area, offering a spacious and inviting layout with an updated and stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an open design flowing into the dining area with a large table perfect for gathering over meals.
