Welcome to our stunning, custom designed, 4 bedroom beachfront villa located on the western end of Paradise Island. The villas lavish and expansive spaces accommodate 8 guests and are perfect for a vacation to relax and recharge. From the moment you step off the boat , you will begin to unwind.
Our villa is based in a private gated community along with 4 other luxurious properties, accessible by boat only. The property rests on a stretch of a sugary fine sandy beach and is set amidst a lush tropical landscape.
There are 2 King Bed Master Suites on the second floor along with one Double (2) Bed Suite all with ensuite bathrooms. There is one King Bed ensuite master suite on the first floor.
The fully equipped chef kitchen, spacious dining and living areas are the perfect place to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility while overlooking the turquoise ocean.
The villa has high speed Internet and Cable and Smart TV's. Daily housekeeping ( if requested) is included and other services can be pre arranged to make your stay unforgettable. We are happy to help with anything you might need.
The property is boat accessible only and your stay includes a private boat captain for transportation from downtown Nassau to the villa marina between the hours of 7am and 11pm. We prefer to pre-schedule boat transportation based on your itinerary; last minute transport requests might be available. Additional fees for after hour transportation will apply.
