The wonderful terrace offers panoramic views of Monaco and the entrance to the harbor as well as the medieval castle.
The house is centrally located in the village by a picturesque street near the charming square. At the square there are several good restaurants, cafés and the hotel Les Deux Frères. The small grocery store Le Masaguen is located 100 m from the house and has the most important for breakfast - fresh baguette and croissants and dinner, as well as a good selection of wines. Le Masaguen offers wine tasting.
The house has 4 floors, perfect for privacy, about 100 sqm. Ground floor: hall, bathroom, wc. 1st floor: kitchen. 2nd floor: bedroom. 3rd floor: bedroom, bathroom with toilet. 4th floor: living room with sofa bed and extra mattress pad and panoramic terrace.
The kitchen is complete with kitchen utensils. For your convenience, there are hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, linen and towels.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds (2nd floor bedroom with 2 movable 90 cm wide beds that can be moved to a double bed, and an extra floor mattress, 3rd floor double bedroom 140 cm width). An extra mattress pad can be used in the living room if required. There are good wardrobe spaces in the bedrooms.
All of the house's textiles are made of genuine natural materials such as cotton and linen.

This is the perfect getaway for couples and families with children from 4-5 years and up (for smaller children it can be awkward and risky with the stairs). The village is car-free. The car park as well as the bus stop is nearby from the house, about 200 meters. The buses take you to Monaco and Menton. The train station is a 15-minute walk away.
