It consists of a bright living-room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large veranda, that opens onto the terrace and garden through large glass doors, creating a homogeneous ambience between the interior and exterior.
The property offers all kind of comforts: internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 2 TVs, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, bbq, etc.
There is also a detached annex with one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and patio.

A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 5 nights; changeover day flexible; 7 nights in high/peak season (changeover day Saturday) and in Christmas period (changeover day flexible).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00 (early checkout € 30).
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items).
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay at booking.
Please note the Jacuzzi can be heated (28°degrees) on request with an extra charge of Euros 200/week.
