The Space:
An inviting ambiance can be easily felt as you step in to this cozy apartment.
There is an open kitchen where the stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, washer are. It has everything that will help you in preparing sumptuous meals for your loved ones. Next to it is the dining area that can comfortably sit up to four guests.
The living area has a grey 2-seater soft couch where you can sit back and relax after a long tiring day outside. The sofa is also convertible to a bed which can sleep 1 guest if ever you have a friend coming over during your stay. Watch your favourite shows on the huge wall-mounted TV. A soft carpet, a round marble top coffee table and unique wall art completes the space.
Walk your way to the bedroom and cuddle up on the king-sized bed. It come with a soft mattress and fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure a promising sleep during your stay. A dresser, side table with modern lamps and wall arts completes this relaxing space. There is also a receiving area here with two grey armchairs that you can utilize.
Need to breathe some fresh air? This apartment boasts a private balcony that comes with outdoor chairs and table.

Full access to pool, gym, and canal restaurants/cafes, and parking is on request.
The Neighborhood:
Sports City is a vibrant and green area of Dubai with multiple events happening throughout the year. There are different sport complexes located there, namely the Dubai International Stadium (cricket stadium), Spanish Soccer Schools, ICC Academy, Rugby Park (rugby stadium), and the The Els Club Golf Course (golf park).
This apartment is situated right on the canal so you can choose from one of the many restaurants and cafes right below to enjoy your meals as you admire the water views.
People can indeed enjoy being in this community because even if it is secluded to let you stay away from the buzz of the busy Dubai, things you need are still within a walking or (a few minutes of) driving distance.
Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, tram, or train, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus F37 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station (just outside the mall). Getting on a train can bring you from one end of Dubai to another. It’s also connected to the tram system that can bring you around JBR, Marina, Media City, etc. and even around Palm Jumeirah as the tram system is also linked to the monorail that goes around Palm Jumeirah.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (supermaket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
