In the ground floor is the entrance hall, 1 big dining and living room with fireplace, 1 bath and the large open kitchen with an immense cooking place. On the first floor there are 3 beds, one 40 sqm living room with fireplace and desk and 1 bath all furnished and decorated with first class furniture. An elevator connects the ground floor with the upper floor. Villa Lepretti has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Upon request 1 or 2 cribs for children up to 5 years old maybe arranged. The large and richly equipped kitchen, seating 8, leads directly into the typical porch where it will be possible to eat on the table and chairs and carry out outdoor activities in every season. There is a typical Marche style outdoor BBQ and wooden oven stone made. The large garden includes garden furniture, and several varieties of plants and century-old trees, a nearby small lake is at walking distance; everything is very impressive. Overall Villa Lepretti is located in the fantastic Marche region and relatively close to the Conero Riviera which starts from Ancona and reaches the towns of Sirolo and Numana. Villa Lepretti is easily reached by car from the A14 motorway exit "Ancona sud". Monte Conero with its Riviera is at a few kilometers away, is the backdrop to the panorama. Osimo village with its medieval aspect is at 3 kilometers away and is located near road junctions that connect the coast to the Marche hinterland and that make it easy to visit places such as Loreto, Monti Sibillini, Ancona, Recanati. Our Villa is just a little away from a very well-known bike track which connects the coast and many villages trough the immaculate natural landscapes.
