This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is part of a lovely 3 unit semi-detached building located in the secure gated community of February Point Resort and has been recently refurbished to the highest standards! This villa is one of few in the development that boasts having a lovely white sandy beach right at its doorstep.
It features covered patios with breathtaking views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living/dining room plan, with a half bathroom and a brand new stackable washer and dryer. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom, separate shower and a spacious separate double sink area and, a large balcony overlooking the beach. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom and each feature a queen bed.
