This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is located in the secure gated community of February Point Resort and has been recently refurbished to the highest standards with new flooring, new kitchen and stainless steel appliances. This villa is one of few in the development that boasts having a lovely white sandy beach right at its doorstep.
It features a covered patio with breathtaking views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, with an open living/dining room plan, a half bathroom and a brand new stackable washer and dryer. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool bath tub, separate shower and a spacious separate double sink area as well as a large balcony overlooking the beach. The two other bedrooms feature a queen and 2 double beds that share a bathroom.
The villa also enjoys simple luxuries such as central air conditioning, high speed internet access. Other amenities include an Infinity Pool, Fitness Centre, Tennis Courts and two other beaches adjacent to the villa for you and the family to explore.
