The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, a solarium. The wood oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills.
The panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy a splendid view of the expanse of olive trees, white farms, sky and sea, is about 40 square meters large and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three holm oaks that "emerge" from the garden below : the wooden floor was built respecting the presence of trees through the creation of slots in correspondence with the trunks. Inside the park of La Fortezza you will find flowers and perfumes and many corners of paradise: rock seats where you can sit and read a book or listen to music, wooden beds to sunbathe and enjoy the sunset breeze. Seasonal fruits can be harvested directly from the trees to enjoy their fantastic flavor. In the orchard two rows of lavender to perfume your closets in the city! The park is completely fenced with an electric gate, alarm system and private security service.
