L’Ulivo Secolare is an ancient farmhouse of the late nineteenth century. carefully renovated. It is a place full of tranquility, relaxing, immersed in the green embrace of the Martani Mountains and the olive trees.
Composed of three double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, for a total of 120 square meters.
Outside 180sqm between garden and terrace/solarium with hot shower, where you can relax and enjoy the view.
The farmhouse is part of a farm that produces extra virgin olive oil, with excellent qualities and strong organoleptic properties. The olives are harvested by hand and brought to the mill in 12 hours. All cultivation is done according to nature, without any use of chemicals.
