Ko Olina Ocean Tower 2 units is composed of two separate condos , Ko Olina Scenic Escape O-503 and Ko olina Scenic Oceanview Unit O-512.
***Ko'Olina Beach Villas ASSOCIATION is having a painting project in 2022 to 2023 for each unit in order. During the project, pool is partially closed.
The unit is not affected if your selected dates are available to request.
(You might see painter while you walk through condo. Because other units are painting.)
The pools will remain open during the lanai painting project. However, some parts of the pool deck may be closed if it is near the area that is being painted at the time. The work is done only on weekdays and will finish at 4:30 PM.
