January 2021 Update: We are excited to announce that our guests have the privilege to access the Ko'Olina Club Lounge at Honolulu Airport when arriving or when departing. The lounge can be accessed as a walk in or with a reservation for a maximum of two hours due to reduced capacity mandated by the City of Honolulu. Lounge is located on the 1st floor on Terminal 2, close to domestic and international departures.

NOTE: 1) Please note the Ko Olina Beach Villas will be undergoing a major painting project of both the Beach Tower and Ocean Tower starting January 10, 2022 and tentatively ending at the end of February 2023. The painting project will include building cleaning, repairs, painting, caulking, sealing and window remediation of the exterior of both the Beach Tower and Ocean Tower. During the painting project, there may be disturbances such as construction noise, visual impact and pool closures. General hours of construction are scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM and are subject to change at any time.
2) Please note the Ko Olina Resort is undergoing a significant expansion. There will be constructionof new hotels on thetwoparcels of landimmediately adjacent to theKo Olina Beach Villas at some point in the future. There may be periodic construction noise M-F from 7:30AM-5PM. Both access to the Ko Olina lagoons and beach will not be affected. As of April 2022, the start date for construction has not been announced. However, construction may start at anytime.

Our villa is one of the premier villas in the resort, and is your best choice. Here's why:
1. Largest floor plan of all the villas at Ko Olina.
2. 3 full bedrooms. The majority of other villas are smaller 2 bedroom units.
3. Located in the Beach Tower, the closest building to the ocean.
4. Located on the sunset side of the building (no pool noise). This is the quiet side of the building, with amazing sunset views.
5. Great ocean views. Our villa is located above the trees and provides amazing ocean views that are not available from lower and ground floor units.
6. Exquisitely furnished with interior design by acclaimed Los Angeles based Bassman Blaine Home Furnishings, unlike many of the other units which are furnished with a standard basic developer furniture package.
Our Ko Olina Beach Villa is an luxurious 3 bedroom / 3 full baths villa located in the prestigious Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Our unit has a sixth floor location with 1,693 square feet including a covered lanai. The entire villa has been completely furnished with brand new furniture, paint, accessories, and bedding by acclaimed Los Angeles based Bassman Blaine Home Furnishings. The villa features contemporary luxury furnishings with a beach style theme. The comfortable living room offers a 60 in flat panel TV with Blu-ray DVD, ceiling fan, and large sliding doors opening to a spacious lanai with ocean views. The dining room has a formal table with seating for six, with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi and includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.
Our Ko Olina Villa has a wonderfully decorated master suite with king bed and full bathroom (dual vanities) with a walk-in closet with custom built-in shelving. The master bedroom opens up to the lanai, and offers views of the Pacific Ocean (upper floor villas provide ocean views that are not available on lower floors).
The second bedroom suite has two twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Our Villa features extensive use of travertine floors throughout. Four LCD flat panel TVs are located in the living room, and in each of the three bedrooms. Wireless internet is available throughout the villa at no charge. Ceiling fans are located in all rooms. An indoor laundry room is located within the unit with a washer and dryer. Dual control air-conditioning creates a comfortable environment. The lanai has two sofas and two large chairs to relax in while gazing at the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Card key access is required for the elevators to the villa provides added security.
The Ko Olina Beach Villas are located in Ko Olina between the Disney Aulani Resort and the Marriott Beach Club Resort. The Ko Olina Beach Villas are located on the second of four lagoons (the Honu Lagoon) of the Ko Olina resort. A mile and a half seaside pathway connects the four sandy beach lagoons.
The Ko Olina Beach Villas were designed as a world-class residential resort comprised of 247 luxury private residences set on the world famous Ko Olina lagoons and the Pacific Ocean. Recently constructed in 2008, this gated vacation resort has 24 hour security personnel, and a front desk staffed 24/7. The resort grounds are a virtual botanical garden with tropical plants, fragrant flowers, and koi ponds. There are two swimming pools one designated as a quiet pool and the other for families, including a sand bottom wading pool. There are three outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas and a poolside fitness center with locker rooms and showers. A beach bar is open daily for refreshments and snacks poolside. Grocery service is available to stock your refrigerator with your desired foods and drinks prior to your arrival.
The Ko Olina Beach Villas is located within the Ko Olina Resort, a 642 acre master planned community which is well known among discerning travelers for its sunny climate, multiple ocean activities, and 4 famous lagoons. Ko Olina has amazing ocean to mountain views.
The resort boasts a championship level 18 hole Golf Course, which ranks among Hawaii's finest courses. The course features multi-tiered greens and cascading waterfalls, and is located right within the Ko Olina resort. The course has been named as one of Play Golf America's Top 100 Performers by the PGA of America. The Ko Olina Golf Club is also home to the Ko Olina Golf Academy, which offers personalized instruction, and the Ko Olina Golf Shop.
The Ko Olina Marina offers a variety of activities, including snorkel and dolphin tours, catamaran sailing adventures, sunset cruises, and whale watching (winter months). These events can be booked at the Ko Olina Marine Shop.
