Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The shared facilities at the hotel, especially the pool and the adjacent restaurant, are excellent: well-maintained, beautifully designed, and very comfortable.

Negative: Our room was a major disappointment. From the first day, we reported a strong sewage smell in the room. The hotel responded by placing a dehumidifier, which may have worsened the issue by pulling more air from the pipes. Sleeping with such odors was very unpleasant. Additionally, one night we had a mouse in our room that we had to chase out ourselves. We later found out that small mice are present in various parts of the hotel. Not recommended for guests who are afraid of rodents. Lastly, on our final day, the cleaning lady insisted on knowing our departure time in a rather abrupt manner, saying she had many rooms to clean. Not the best way to end our stay.
