Here you will spend your vacation in a beautiful detached house with pool and panoramic sea view, which is only 50 meters away. The house is carefully furnished and has a large, well-maintained garden with table, chairs, wood stove and barbecue to eat outside while enjoying spectacular sunsets and picturesque sea views. The property is fully air-conditioned and spreads over two levels with an elegant living area, kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor. On the second floor two bedrooms and a large terrace / solarium where you can relax in front of a nice glass of wine and enjoy a breathtaking view that on the clearest days offers a view of the Aeolian Islands. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and views of the sea and the pool. Behind the villa is a secondary railroad line with only a few trains a day. Ideal place and starting point to visit the beauties of the area, such as Pizzo Calabro, a small village located on a promontory of tufa overlooking the sea, where you can admire the church of Santa Maria di Piedigrotta, located in a natural cave on the rock of the same name, the fifteenth century castle of Murat, testimony of the presence of the Aragonese in Pizzo. Visit also the seaside resort of Tropea, famous for its gastronomy and its beaches. The airport of Lamezia Terme is about 25 km away.
