Positive: Elisa was an amazing host and very accommodating. Elisa's lovely home is located in stunning town, and a great place to set out for walks from. You can get to Lake Albano in an hour, or take a slightly longer beautiful bush walk to Nemi (the home of wild strawberries) - maps are available in AllTrails or Strava. Elisa graciously provided vouchers for the cafe downstairs (a lovely place, full of happy and hospitable people), and gave several incredible restaurant recommendations (no exaggeration, incredible!). The train to Albano Laziale runs regularly and is very easy to catch. The property is very short walk from the train station and is surrounded by many fabulous bars, shops, restaurants, and people. We spent two weeks in Italy, and to this day still think our time in Elisa's home/town as the highlight(s) of our trip. Such a fabulous location away from the riff-raff of Roma.

Summary: A beautiful home in a lovely location surrounded by stunning walks and fabulous food.
