Positive: The place is certainly impressive! Inside the house, it feels like stepping back in time. Old paintings, essentially antique furniture, a piano, and various artifacts create a fantastic atmosphere. Surrounded by such a stunning setting, you hardly pay attention to small things like squeaky doors or worn-out plumbing. If the equipment were updated a bit and an air conditioner installed, this house could be rented out for even more as a true monument of the era.

Negative: However, there is one important nuance, especially in the summer. The house has no air conditioning. In principle, this can be managed by opening the windows, but there were numerous mosquitoes! The nearby vegetation seems poorly maintained, likely making it a comfortable breeding ground for them. This caused quite a lot of inconvenience for the children and for us.
