The house is about a kilometer from the pine forest from which you reach Budoni beach, crossing a small wooden bridge. From the house it is also possible to reach the typical and calm beach of Porto Ainu, and for this it loves the cliff, continuing you meet Baia Sant'Anna characterized by an old and dilapidated marina.
Sant'Anna beach can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is located near two markets and a pharmacy and is about two km from Budoni, where you can find many other services such as banks, (Intesa San Paolo, Banco di Sardegna, Unicredit and the Post Office), and the Tourist Medical Guard.
