This villa offers 12 beds spread over two adjoining houses not overlooked. Each has a kitchen, a living room opening onto the swimming pool, two bedrooms and bathroom and shower room. All rooms are air conditioned. A summer terrace will offer you beautiful moments of relaxation to admire the sunsets and other fireworks ... as well as a children's playground consisting of a trampoline and a swing.
Enjoy a heated swimming pool from April to the end of June, and from September 15 to the end of November (excluding long-term contracts) to complete your total relaxation with deckchairs and garden furniture. Everything is provided for your comfort and well-being. The calm of this property only needs to be respected, which is why noise pollution should be avoided.
Access very close to the motorway, exit Monaco from Nice or Roquebrune Cap Martin from Italy.

Bed linen is optional payable at a rate of 15 euros per person for the period of stay, I provide bed linen, a large bath towel and a hand towel.
