A once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in the medieval defense wall and recent oil mill fully renovated 2017 to today's luxury standards in the center of the historic village of Roseto Capo Spulico, by the ionic coast. The jewel of the apartment is the grand terrace with panoramic views overlooking the sea and coast line. The beaches and sea is very accessible, only 4 min away by car.
This charming 150 m2 historic apartment has two big terraces (16 m2 & 10 m2) and is renovated with luxury details but at the same time with the old historic charm well kept. The building was prior part of the medieval defense wall and tower. Most recently the building was used as an oil mill, and some charming details from the old pressing machines are still in the apartment.
The main entrance floor is 90 m2 and consists of a kitchen, a living room, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest WC. From here you can exit to the large panoramic terrace with a view over the splendid ionic coast and blue sea. On the lower level, which is 60 m2, an additional bedroom, a bathroom & laundry room and a living room with a sofa bed is located with a beautiful 10m2 terrace captured in a historic stone vault.

*Main Living room & Terrace: Connected with the kitchen, the living room has a sofa and an armchair next to the open fire place and television. From here you exit to the panoramic terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with a view over the ionic coast and sea.
*Downstairs living room & Terrace: Connected with a staircase from the main floor a second living room is available with a sofa and an open fire place. This sofa can be folded out to a sofa bed with one mattress for (140 x 195 cm). From here you can exit to the downstairs terrace, beautifully captured in a historic vault.
*Bathroom & Laundry room: Located downstairs beside the 2nd bedroom you can find an additional bathroom with shower. Here you can also find the washing machine and tumble drier if needed.
