Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem landwirtschaftlichen Gebiet umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Weinbergen. In etwa 7 km Entfernung erreicht man den Palmenstrand von San Benedetto del Tronto. Auf dem 5000 qm großem Grundstück, das mit Palmen, Oliven und vielen Blumen und Kräutern bepflanzt ist, befindet sich das Haupthaus mit großer Terrasse und einem phantastischen Blick auf die unberührte Landschaft der Marken bis zum Naturpark Gran Sasso auf der einen und dem Meer auf der anderen Seite. Das ca. 100 qm große Erdgeschoss des Haupthauses ist durch vier Kreuzbogengewölbe aus Terracottaziegel geprägt. Es ist aufgeteilt in einen Essbereich mit großem Tisch, einen Wohnbereich mit Kamin und gemütlichen Sitzmöbeln sowie die Küche, die durch eine Glaswand von den anderen Räumen getrennt ist. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hat einen direkten Zugang zur großen Terrasse. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es außerdem ein Gäste-WC. Das Obergeschoss ist über eine Innen- und Außentreppe erreichbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize Bett und angrenzendem Bad, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Queensize Bett sowie ein 3. kleines Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten. Alle 3 Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Des Weiteren befindet sich im Obergeschoss ein Kaminzimmer mit Sofa sowie ein kleiner Raum mit Waschmaschine und WC. Das Nebenhaus bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist durch einen Paravent vom Schlafbereich mit einem antiken, schmiedeeisernen Bett getrennt. Es hat außerdem hat eine eigene Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank und ein Bad mit Dusche/WC. Vom Haus führt eine Treppe auf die untere Ebene mit Swimmingpool, Sonnenterrasse und Dusche/WC.
