The villa has a parking suitable for 2 cars, pretty unusual for a Positano house. Coming down you'll enter into a little paradise of shining flowers, yellow lemon trees and gorgeous views of the sea. The property is based on many levels filled by small terraced gardens, nice spots, plants and several terraces after about 50 steps you'll enter into a lounge area where you can enjoy a 180 ° view of the Coast. The furnishings are in modern style and are of excellent quality.
The main access is from the third level, where there are 3 double bedrooms each with own bathroom with shower and amazing panoramic views.
On the second level (20 steps lower) you have the main terrace, from where you'll have access to the garden and solarium equipped with elegant lounges and armchairs to have a drink or to read a book.
Just outside the living area there is a big outdoor dining area with a large table for a panoramic and al "fresco dinner and breakfast", a big fountain makes all the setting really charming and welcoming. The large terrace give access on a living-room area, furnished with Mediterranean and really modern style furniture and light linen tapestries made of natural fabric, large windows from where you can enjoy a terrific scenario. On the same floor there is: a spacious living-room with a modern and well equipped kitchen, a dining area, 1 toilet with washbasin.
On the ground floor take place a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a Spa area. this bedroom also has a private access to the flight of steps that is a shortcut to reach in a few minutes the center of Positano.
