Thanks to its location in front of the Gulf of Squillace, the most beautiful coastal resorts with crystal-clear sea and sandy beaches are easily accessible within a radius of 4 km.
The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor with living/dining room with kitchenette, WC, small shaded terrace with automatic awning and equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, for relaxing and dining al fresco; 1st floor with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. One of the bedrooms leads to a terrace with marvellous panoramic views. All windows have mosquito nets.
