All flats have their own living room with comfortable furniture and all the necessary equipment such as WiFi, stereo, satellite TV, etc.. Nevertheless, we and our guests spend most of our time outside, e.g. on the private terraces or in the pavilions, by the 5 x 13 metre pool with panoramic views on comfortable seats or sun loungers. Sun loungers, cushions and pool towels are provided for all guests. Here you can relax completely and/or plan your excursions, visits or adventures for the next day.
The Olivaio is a very spacious flat located on the first floor. At 53 m², it is suitable for 2+2 people. You can reach it via an external staircase. Enjoy the view of the Chianti mountains and the Arno valley to the east and the Chianti and the village of Moncioni to the east. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, which can be folded out into a double bed if required. Selected antiques give the flat a special atmosphere. The Tuscan-style kitchenette is complemented by a large antique dining table for four people. Equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and crockery, nothing stands in the way of a cosy "cena". The high-quality furnishings in the bedroom with the wrought-iron bed (180x200 cm) guarantee a restful night's sleep. From here you have a view to the west of the nearby village of Moncioni. The bathroom with its hand-decorated tiles offers a luxurious travertine washbasin with two washbasins as well as a spacious shower, WC and bidet.
