Ventena Vecchia - a romantic olive farm with a historic oil mill - is situated on a ridge 500 metres above sea level with stunning panoramic views of the rolling Chianti hills, the wide Arno valley and Pratomagno, in the middle of a nature reserve. The nearest village with shops - Moncioni - is just under a kilometre away, Montevarchi in the valley is about 8 km away and the Florence-Rome motorway is only about 12 km away. The tarmac road leads up to the farm gate of Ventena Vecchia, which is also easily accessible for sporty vehicles. The car park is located on the private property off the road. During the extensive renovation from 2000 to 2004, comfortable holiday flats with separate entrances and outdoor seating areas were created with respect for the historic building fabric and great attention to detail. A 13 x 5 metre pool in a panoramic position invites you to cool off and relax. All flats are individually and stylishly furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with selected tiles, satellite TV; WLAN is available free of charge in all flats and also in the outdoor areas. Our Roseto flat, which is ideal for a holiday for two with its 36 m², offers you an impressive view to the south of the Chianti mountains, our olive grove and the pool. The flat is on the first floor. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. There is also a dining area for two people. We have furnished the cosy sitting area with comfortable armchairs. Of course, satellite TV, Internet with WLAN, radio and a player for MP-3 players are also available. The bathroom with hand-decorated tiles has a spacious shower, WC, bidet and a travertine washbasin. The bedroom with its rose design evokes romantic feelings. The wrought-iron, high-quality bed (180 x 200 cm) promises healthy sleeping comfort.
